After Easter some changes in the games being played at the moment in the club.
The first one is the return of a big classic
World in Flames is a grand strategic game about World War II. The whole conflict is covered. This is one of the big “stacking piles” games as you can see in the pics taken during setup. Five players are involved in this game.

Other game at our tables is Normandy 44 from GMT. We are playing a campaign game by vassal (see our twin blog, link at the right) and we want to give it a try in H2H. Ramon and I will play with Allied while Carles will command Germans.
I have spent the first day going through the rules and explaining the basic ideas. We have made a first setup and some movements to get the feeling of the game.
